A correction
If an article gets something wrong, say which article, quote the sentence, and give the source that shows the error, with a link if it is online. Every report is checked against the source, and a corrected article says that it was corrected. How that works is on the Methods and corrections page.
A record or a document
If you hold, or know of, a record an article should have used, such as a photograph, a letter, a scan, a recording or a paper, describe it and where it can be seen. Articles are built on records that can be opened, so where a record lives matters as much as what it says.
A question about an article
Questions about a claim, a source or an image credit are welcome. Each article lists its sources at the end, and each image's credit names its creator and licence.
A shop order
For anything about an order from the shop, write with your order number. Please do not forward your download link: it is made for your order alone.
More about the site, what it covers and how it works is on the About page.
